Financial Incentives.
Refer-a-Friend and Similar Incentive Programs. AP ELECTRICS LLC may offer referral programs or other similar promotions that allow you to receive discounts or other benefits. For example, we may offer you discounts or promotional items or credit in connection with these programs, wherein you provide your personal information (such as email address and/or telephone number) in exchange for a reward or provide personal information regarding your friends or colleagues (such as their email address) and receive rewards when they sign up to use our Services. Because these programs involve the collection of personal information, they may be interpreted as a “financial incentive” program. The California “Shine the Light” law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed to those parties.
